We collect information that you provide directly to us when you use the App. This includes:

  • Personal Details: Name, Date of Birth (for Zodiac insights), Gender, Interests, and Wellness Goals to tailor your experience.
  • Journal Content: The text you write and voice transcriptions from your daily reflections.
  • Usage Data: Basic interaction patterns to help us improve app performance.

2 How We Use Your Information

Your data is used primarily to provide and personalize the Haritraa service:

  • Generating personalized AI mood analysis and insights.
  • Offering tailored mental wellness recommendations and "Did You Know?" facts.
  • Improving our AI algorithms to better understand and support you.
  • Ensuring the safety and responsible use of our platform.

3 Storage & Processing

Client-Side First

Much of your data processing happens directly in your browser. When data is sent to our AI partners (Google Gemini API), it is strictly for the purpose of generating your immediate analysis and is not stored by them for model training.

We do not control Google's internal processing, but we ensure that only necessary data is transmitted securely.

4 Data Security

We implement robust technical measures to safeguard your information. While no internet transmission is 100% secure, we use industry-standard encryption protocols to protect your journal entries.
